When we formed the company in 1990 wehad experience in HR - both in
the UK and abroad. Together with many colleagues we had found that whilst
line managers (our internal customers) required HR to face outwards,
servicing their immediate needs, legislation warranted more & more research,
care & attention.
Further, no-one could develop an effective strategic plan without considering
both legal and HR input.
We therefore felt that it was time to develop an entirely new approach
to supporting the HR professional. This approach had to:

Give continuity of service - our clients will have 'their' first

Since 1990 we have grown steadily and we will continue to do so. We
have harnessed new technology, but only to support our personal contact.
We have introduced new services and support.
But we are most proud of the fact that we have long lasting successful
and friendly working relationships with our clients.
In 2003 we brought together the Resources Group of Companies, including
The Policy Network Ltd in HR Link Ltd into one. We renamed Resources
Ltd, Human & Legal Resources Ltd to reflect the combination of HR &
Legal support we provide.
